RAKHI SPECIAL HOME COOKED FOOD

The festivals are coming and the festival of RAKHI is on 3rd August. Every festival holds a very special place in everyone’s heart and has its own importance in our lives. FOOD is the most important part of the festivals.

It seems like the heart of the party, without which everything is incomplete. Whereas people of India also known as FOODIE INDIANS. From NORTH to SOUTH, EAST to WEST; you can find different dishes in every part of India.

Don’t forget about the pandemic situation of COVID-19 going in the entire WORLD. And in order to celebrate a SAFE and SECURE RAKHI.

It’s not a good idea to order something from outside. So let’s know some easy RECIPE to make TASTY HOME COOKED FOOD.

You need to do little preparations for some dishes at night before RAKHI, i.e. ON 2nd AUGUST.

As the weather is hot, so it’s better to serve VIRGIN MOJITO, after offering water.

VIRGIN MOJITO

Here are the ingredients of VIRGIN MOJITO:

  • Lemon Soda/ Sprite
  • Mint Leaves
  • Lemon
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Crushed Ice

STEPS OF MAKING FOR 1 GLASS:

1. Take a glass and add 2tbsp POWDERED SUGAR.

2. Then add few MINT LEAVES in it.

3. It’s time to add 4-5 LEMON WEDGES in the glass.

4. Add some LEMON JUICE in it.

5. Now MUDDLE it to extract all the JUICE.

6. Now add CRUSHED ICE in it.

7. Pour LEMON SODA/SPRITE in it.

VIRGIN MOJITO IS READY TO SERVE!!!

It’s time to offer some snacks, time to eat PANEER BREAD ROLL.

PANEER BREAD ROLL

Here are the ingredients of PANEER BREAD ROLL.

  • Paneer
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Onions
  • Green Chilli
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Bread
  • Oil
  • Chat Masala
  • Black Pepper
  • Pizza Pasta Masala (optional)

STEPS OF MAKING:

1. Take a bowl and MASH the PANEER in it.

2. Then add CHOPPED ONIONS, GREEN CHILLI, and CORIANDER LEAVES in it.

3. Now add 1 tbsp SALT, 1 tbsp RED CHILLI POWDER, 1tbsp BLACK PEPPER, and 1 tbsp CHAT MASALA.

4. Add PIZZA PASTA SAUCE (optional).

5. Mix it well.

6. Now take a SLICE OF BREAD.

7. Take another bowl and pour WATER in it.

8. In meantime put the pan on flame and add oil in it, and let it gets heated.

9. Dip the SLICE OF BREAD in the water.

10. Now fill the SLICE OF BREAD with the Mixture we prepared in another bowl.

11. If you see that oil is heated up, then start DEEP FRYING the BREAD ROLL.

PANEER BREAD ROLL is ready to serve!!!

SHAHI PANEER

Here are the ingredients of SHAHI PANEER

  • Oil
  •  Onion
  •  Cloves(Laung)
  • Small Cardamom(chotti Elaichi)
  •  Green chilli
  • Tomato
  • Cream/ Milk Cream
  • Cashew
  • Garlic
  • Paneer
  •  Water
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Garam Masala
  • Musk Fenugreek (Kasturi Methi)
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  •  Milk
  • Jaggery(Gur)/ Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves
SHAHI PANEER

STEPS OF MAKING:

1. Take a pan and put half big spoon of OIL in it and let it gets heat.

2. In mean time take 2 big ONIONS and chopped it into small pieces.

3. After the oil gets heated, put 2 SMALL CARDAMOM (chotti Elaichi), 4 GREEN CHILLI, 4 CLOVES.

4. Stir them well till their color gets changed.

5. Now put the chopped ONIONS in it, and cook it for 3-4 minutes. And now add 6 chopped TOMATOES.

6. Now leave the mixture for 15 minutes on low flame, but stir it after every 3-4 minutes.

7. In meantime take a half bowl of CASHEW and let them soak in water. On the other side take 8-10 pieces of GARLIC and peel them.

8. After 15 minutes let get down the MIXTURE from flame and put it aside to get cool.

9. After the MIXTURE gets cool (don’t add the hot mixture), put it into the mixer, also add those CASHEWS and 8-10 GARLIC PISCES. Now GRIND it well for 3-4 minutes. Your GRAVY is ready.

10. Now take the pan and again put half a big spoon of OIL in it and add the gravy in it, and covered it with the plate for 2 minutes.

11. After 2 minutes add one teaspoon of TOMATO SAUCE and 2 teaspoons of CREAM/MILK CREAM.

12. Now add 2-3 spoons of MUSK FENUGREEK (KASTURI METHI) and let it cook on flame for 5-6 minutes.

13. Now add SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, and GARAM MASALA according to your taste, and mix it well.

14. After a few minutes add a half cup of MILK in it, and let it covered for 5 minutes on the flame.

15. In the mean time cut pieces of PANEER in a triangle or whatever shape you like.

16. After 5 minutes add these pieces into it and stir it.

17. At last, to give a restaurant flavor to your dish you can add little JAGGERY(GUR)/SUGAR in it.

18. During the time of serving you can garnish the dish with CORIANDER LEAVES.

Your restaurant type SHAHI PANEER for 5-6 people is ready to serve with CHAPPATI!!!

Just like SUGARCANE without SUGAR is not completed, the same way FOOD without SWEET DISH is not get completed.

    Ingredients Required

  • Oreo Biscuit
  • Fresh Cream
  • Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla Essence

STEPS OF MAKING:

1. Take OREO BISCUITS and crushed them well.

2. Now take the FRESH CREAM and whipped it in a chilled bowl.

3. Add CONDENSED MILK in it.

4. Now add half spoon of VANILLA ESSENCE.

5. Mix it well

6. Now add those crushed OREO BISCUIT, and mix it.

7. Put everything in a CONTAINER and REFRIGERATE it for 7-8 hours.

OREO ICE-CREAM is ready to serve!!!
